Under her leadership, ZaruriHai has expanded into a wide-ranging ecosystem - uplifting artisans, supporting NGOs, creating digital footprints for social work, and reviving Indian crafts with authenticity and empathy.
She ensures that technology doesn’t replace culture - it amplifies it. Her lens brings sensitivity to strategy, depth to design, and a human story to every digital solution built under the ZaruriHai umbrella.

As Chief Business Officer at ZaruriHai Technologies & Creative Services, he leads the build and growth of a full-stack creative platform - offering AI-led cataloging, marketplace onboarding, and brand acceleration for purpose-driven businesses.
He doesn’t just execute ideas - he gives them a backbone, a roadmap, and momentum.
With leadership roles across Reid & Taylor, Shoppers Stop, Mothercare, Spyne.ai, and AlphaBake.io, Mirza brings deep experience in digital transformation, fashion retail, and startup scale.
